This is a cool vintage beer advertising apron. Made of medium weight cotton and probably home sewn, it's solid off white cotton with an allover print of their 'Olympia, it’s the water’ logo graphic. The half apron has a gathered waist,  a single contrasting patch pocket and a solid white waistband/apron ties. I vaguely remember this fabric in fabric stores in the 70s to 80s. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
 
Measures-
Length- 20.5 including the 1 3/4” wide hem.
Gathered area at the waistband measures 17.5 across across at top
Total waistband and both ties length- 64” from tip to tip
