This is a super sweet vintage gathered waist apron from the 50s. Made of off white cotton organdy fabric (a sheer fabric) with a hand applique flower near the hem. This apron still has the original paper label at the waist, marked "Sweetheart Aprons, style 616, Philley Mfg. Co, Valpairiso Indiana". 
 
Pre-owned but unused (NOS), this apron is stained from long storage. I don't want to destroy the label so can't wash it. The stain should come out with a soaking in a gentle stain treatment like Biz.
