This is a vintage work apron printed with the Edwards Building Supply info on the front in blue lettering. I don’t think it’s very old- maybe from the 80s or 90s; the company is gone now. It’s a classic lumber yard cotton canvas apron- about hip length with pockets at the hem. 
 
Pre-owned, barely used- no noted flaws.
 
The actual apron measures-
Center front length- 22” 
Waist- 16 1/2” measured across the front between the ties 
Each tie end is 22” long
