This is a nifty Pony Express western belt buckle (no belt included). Made of metal, it shows a rider on a horse with scenery in the background. Stamped 'made in Hong Kong, 11393' on the backside. No idea what kind of metal this is made of.
 
Shaped like a rounded rectangle, it's 3 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" tall and fits a maximum 1 3/4" wide belt. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
