This is a sunny yellow smocked baby dress from the 1980s. Made my Mayfair, it features a smocked front yoke, not smocked back yoke, round Peter Pan collar with lace trim, puffed short sleeves with cuffs. The dress buttons down the back.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
