This is a vintage Mutzli childs clothes hanger. It's made of medium brown fuzzy wool mohair covering (what feels like) a wood hanger with a detailed koala bear face with white ears. Very cute- I think there's reproductions of these but this (and the light brown bear hanger) predates those.
