This is a vintage 50s boys button-down shirt for a young boy. Made by "Little Gentleman", it has a lovely red, gray & black woven stripe pattern. Chain-stitched flat-fell seams. Tiny chest pocket, long sleeve with single button cuff, button-down collar, yoked back.
 
Vintage clothing for little boys is hard to find because it was handed down within the tribe (siblings, cousins, etc) until the garment was worn out. This little shirt is in excellent condition with no sign of wear. 
 
Marked as a size 4, here's a few measurements of the actual garment-
Chest- 24" measured around at the underarm seam 
Center front length- 12 1/4"
Sleeve length from neck seam to hem- 12 3/4"
Back width- 10 1/2" across the base of the yoke
