This is a wonderful vintage Bromwell's galvanized metal flour sifter from the 30s - 50s. The metal is aged to a lovely slightly tarnished patina and the minty green painted wood handle is a classic! The handle that turns has a painted wood knob at the end. Marked 'Bromwell's Measuring Sifter, Guaranteed' on one ridged side and is marked for 2-3-4-5 cups. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws except for the wear I mentioned before. Completely functional, it's a useful AND charming addition to your vintage style kitchen.
