Here's a flash from MY past- a vintage Kool Aid mug. I know it's original because it's from my own family cabinet- us kids all drank endless mugs of the sweet stuff all summer long, lol, with plenty of Koolaid moustaches as proof :-) 
 
This mug is frosted hard plastic with the smiling face on one side (yeah, it's a right handed cup). Because of it's age and use the plastic is a little crazed but otherwise in good shape. There's faded initials on the bottom- that was written with nail polish :-0 
 
The mug stands 3 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" diameter at the top.
