Vintage red tri-color bandana handkerchief with a floral border & floral center. Marked, "all cotton, fast color, RN 13960" in the bottom right corner. It's machine hemmed on 3 sides and has the selvedge as the last edge.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good overall condition except for 2 light green paint spots that didn't come out when I washed it. It's in the outer border and not really noticeable amongst the floral print.
