Here’s another vintage silk scarf labeled “Made in Japan, pure silk, hand rolled” from the late 50s to mid 60s. Made of lightweight China silk, this scarf features a purple border edged with white hand rolled hem. The large white central area is alive with birds on large flowers & thistle sprays. It’s a great print, suitable for wear OR framing! 
 
Pre-owned, used; in fair to good overall condition. Sold AS IS- it's suffered from some color bleeding or run when it got wet sometime during the past 70 years. I don't dare get it wet to wash it but it's in clean as-found condition.
