This is a cute vintage mail order childs tabard apron, probably from the 30s to early 40s. Made of muslin, it's stamped at the center chest with a floral motif pattern, ready to embroider. It's finished all around the edges with pink crochet lace and hem stitching, and ties at each side waist with red bias binding. 
 
The bad news is in the decades it's been laying around waiting to get finished it's picked up stains and a pencil mark. These flaws should come out with careful soaking with stain remover but can't be soaked until the embroidery is completed. I'm offering it with an AS IS discount but will do the embroidery and soak it myself if necessary, raising the price when I'm finished. ;-) 
 
It looks like it should fit a size 3-ish but I forgot to take measurements. I'll add them later.
