This is a loose-fitting vintage 70s dress from India, labeled "Raksha Hindimp London, I. Magnin". The unlined dark blue & purple floral print silk dress is gathered front & back into yokes. The pullover dress opens front is open about 12" down the center and fastens with hook & eye at the chest.  Long full sleeves have a narrow cuff with self-fabric silk buttons.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws EXCEPT FOR a damage to one of the fabric covered cuff buttons.
