This is a vintage Mutzli childs clothes hanger. It's made of light brown fuzzy wool mohair covering (what feels like) a wood hanger with a detailed teddy bear face with glass eyes. Very cute- I think there's reproductions of these but this (and the medium brown color koala bear hanger) predates those.
