This is a Mail Order sewing pattern #4694 from the early 60s tho it's similar to many from the 40s & 50s era. It has a scalloped hem, sweetheart neckline and heart-shaped pocket at the hip. Hmmm, now I want to make an apron! Factory folded, uncut- hasn't been used.
