This is a vintage Harley bandana handkerchief. This bandana has a large eagle holding a badge marked Harley Davidson Motorcycles and an American flag. Classic Harley image! The bandana itself is a poly/cotton blend and was made in the USA. It's probably from the late 90s but maybe is slightly newer.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition. Shows hardly any wear.
