This is a pretty vintage bandana or scarf from the 80s with a French provincial-vibe floral print. It's blue with yellow floral border and a center with tiny floral motifs. Marked '50% poly/50% cotton, made in USA, Springs, RN 15582'. This scarf is finished on 3 edges with narrow machine stitching; the other edge is the fabric selvedge. 
 
Pre-owned, used. Washed, worn and softly faded allover to a gently blue.
