This is an AWESOME vintage faded blue polka dot bandana marked 'Tower, all cotton, RN 13960, guaranteed fast color'. Probably dates from the mid 50s but no earlier than 1950.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good worn condition with overall fade but no worn areas or holes.
