This is a vintage scarf that's missing it's tag or label. I'm guessing it's from the 60s-70s. It's a simple striped oblong muffler that's woven in a diagonal twill, in cream wool with vertical navy and red stripes. Each end has a narrow self fringe.
 
Pre-owned, used; in good overall condition EXCEPT FOR some damage (not quite a hole yet) near the edge, as shown in the last picture.
