You're looking at a vintage 70s Italian military shirt or jacket. The label simply says Franchi Prato with a contract number 22261, del 12-6-1973. At least dating this piece isn't hard, lol! Made of khaki wool, it's basically a fitted shirt with epaulets, front patch pockets, long sleeves with button cuffs. Because it's military there's a sewn-in flap at center front inside the shirt that can be buttoned to keep breezes out. Check out the interesting underarm gusset treatment!
