This is a classic early 60s suit blouse by Judy Bond. Made of a poly/cotton blend shirting, it has a high round neckline (no collar), is fitted with bust darts and waist tucks, has short slashes at the front hem, and short sleeves. The blouse buttons down the back. Sorry about my blurry photo of the back of the blouse- I'll redo it when I take pictures again tomorrow.
