Here's a vintage 2001 concert tee from the band 38 Special! Checking the web, it doesn't look like they did a ton of touring around then; maybe this is from the Volunteer Jam? Anyway, it's a classic black cotton with band logo on the front and years/names of their tour history on the back. 
 
Pre-owned, used; just has the usual wash-wear so the cotton is not a deep black anymore, and the printing is crackled a bit. 
 
Marked as a 2XL, the actual shirt measurements are--
Pit to pit= 25"
Center front length- 27"
