This is a vintage Junko Koshino handkerchief or small scarf, probably from the 90s. It's made of bright pink cotton with a large tropical floral print. New with its original sticker still in place in the bottom right corner. 
 
Unused, in terrific condition with no noted damage or flaws from storage.
