This is a retro bandana handkerchief from the late 80s to mid 90s. Made in the USA of a poly-cotton blend fabric, it's printed with a red border, and has red white & blue motifs including a stars & stripes banners as well as hearts. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
