This is a vintage indigo blue & white cotton bandanna handkerchief from (probably) the 60s-70s era. It features a delicate allover white kind-of geometric resist or discharge pattern on a dark indigo blue background. The bandana has a single selvedge and 3 turned and machine stitched narrow hems. The lower right corner is printed 'fast color, 100% cotton, RN 23733'. 
 
Pre-owned, used. The fabric is soft with repeated washing but the colors are still a nice rich dark bue. No noted damage anywhere on this one- it's really a lovely print!!
